Recall is a flashcard application that uses spaced repetition to help you remember information. We provide the App "as is" and do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
You retain ownership of the flashcards, decks, and notes you create. You grant Wolf Technologies Ltd a limited licence to store, process, and synchronise your content solely to operate the service for you. We do not use your content for any other purpose.

The App, including its branding, design, and code, is the property of Wolf Technologies Ltd and is protected by intellectual-property law. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or trade dress.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolf Technologies Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these terms or use the App in a way that risks harm to other users or to us. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the App or by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
